Transcription: Services include audio and video recordings, as well as typed or handwritten notes. Specialized training in medical transcription.

Writing: Sales letters, follow-ups, business correspondence, press releases, advertising copywriting and website content.

Proofreading/Editing: Excellent grammar and punctuation skills as well as thorough proofreading.

Communications: Press releases (writing and distribution), articles, literature and presentations.

Business Correspondence: A time consuming task that can easily be passed to a VA via internet technology and dictation devices.

Scheduling and Reminder Service: Coordination of appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, deadlines, follow up calls, important events, etc.

Rates

Hourly: Hourly rate for work performed. For clients with occasional work they would like to outsource.

Retainer: Agreement to work a predetermined number of hours in a specific time period. Beneficial for a client who wants to establish a relationship with a VA to perform ongoing work. This is similar to an employee but with the advantages of an independent contractor.

Audio Transcription: Flexibility is the key to transcription services. Every client has different needs and requirements. Rates are calculated by the typed word and includes a high level of editing and proofreading. Transcription is output in Microsoft Word, Calibri font, 12 pitch with 1″ margins on all sides, unless otherwise requested. No charge for PDF conversion. No charge to amend page formatting. Standard delivery is 48-72 hours. There may be an additional charge for rush (24 hour turnaround).

Type 1 Audio:
.0125/typed word.  Audio up to two people, recorded in digital format. Print ready copy. High level of editing and proofreading.

Type 2 Audio:
.0150/typed word.  More than two speakers, background noise or voices that are difficult to understand.

Type 3 Audio (Medical):
.0150/typed word. Recorded in digital format.
